Pistachios are one of the agricultural products that are widely used in the food industry. Of course, this article is not meant to compare Iran's production with other countries in the world. For example, the United States is one of the most important countries in the world in the field of pistachio production. By improving the crop, this country has been able to significantly increase its production level. By implementing product processing processes that include the pistachio sorting process, the United States has been able to increase the added value of its products to a significant extent in the product supply market. Finally, the United States has managed to take over a significant amount of the market for the production of processed pistachio products at the global level.
